• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  YES!

  I'm based in Berlin, Germany and accept orders from anywhere in the world, as long as DHL / Deutsche Post ships there.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. I'll post the orders once in a week on Tuesdays, so might be it will take a few days before I'll post yours. Do not despair, it will be fast!

• How about bulk / wholesale rates? Can I get a deal?
